Turnover-only support for vacation rentals

Vacation Rental Linen, Restocking and Owner-Closet Support

Keep the property's linens, guest supplies, and owner closet organized around the real turnover schedule. Sweeping Southern can add laundering, labeled storage, inventory checks, and agreed restocking to an active vacation-rental cleaning plan.

Available exclusively with a Sweeping Southern vacation-rental turnover plan—not as standalone laundry, linen rental, or linen-only service.

Freshly reset vacation-rental bedroom with folded towels and a coastal view

Built for active booking calendars

One linen and supply system for every turn.

A vacation-rental linen plan has to account for bed sizes, towel quantities, laundry timing, protective storage, replacements, and the next guest's arrival—not simply washing a load of laundry.

The property plan records what belongs to the unit, where it is stored, how it is labeled, what should be placed for each stay, and when the owner or manager needs a low-stock notice.

What the add-on can include

Linens, owner closets, and guest supplies handled as one turnover system.

The final scope is property-specific. These services are added only when the storage, timing, quantities, and owner expectations are confirmed.

How the support works

Define the property standard before the first linen reset.

01

Document the setup

Confirm beds, bath capacity, linen ownership, supply categories, storage locations, labels, laundry timing, and the quantities expected for each stay.

02

Set minimum inventory

Agree on what should be staged for guests and how much back-stock should remain available in the owner closet for upcoming turns.

03

Launder and organize

Used linens move through the agreed laundry process, while clean inventory is protected, labeled, folded, and returned to the correct property setup.

04

Report exceptions

Damaged linens, missing inventory, low supplies, and replacement needs are reported to the owner or property manager through the agreed process.

Support for remote owners

Know what the property needs without being on site.

Owners may provide their own supplies or add managed restocking. Sweeping Southern can check the agreed inventory, send a supply list or low-stock report, and deploy approved shipments to the correct unit.

This service manages the operational handoff around a scheduled turnover. Purchasing authority, reimbursement, delivery timing, and replacement decisions remain subject to the agreed property plan.

01

Owner-provided supplies

Keep preferred guest items on site while Sweeping Southern monitors the agreed quantities and storage location.

02

Managed restocking

Add an agreed replenishment process so guest essentials are reset consistently and low inventory is reported.

03

Shipment deployment

Arrange approved deliveries to Sweeping Southern for distribution to the appropriate rental units.

Before you request service

Questions owners and managers ask.

01

Can I book linen service without a turnover clean?

No. Sweeping Southern's vacation-rental linen care is available only as part of an active turnover plan. We do not offer public laundry, standalone linen-only service, or linen rental.

02

Do owners provide the linens and guest supplies?

The property's linen ownership, supply source, storage location, and target quantities are confirmed during onboarding. Owners may provide their own guest supplies or add managed restocking to the turnover plan.

03

Can you organize the owner closet?

Yes. The property plan can include labeled linen storage, protective bags, agreed inventory counts, and organized back-stock in the owner closet.

04

What happens when linens or supplies run low?

Sweeping Southern can report low inventory and visibly damaged, heavily stained, or missing linens through the property's agreed communication process so the owner or manager can approve replacements.

05

Can owners ship replacement supplies to Sweeping Southern?

Yes. Owners can arrange approved shipments in advance, and Sweeping Southern can distribute those items to the correct rental units as part of the agreed turnover support.
